About LeadStak
LeadStak is a business platform operated by Lima Web Studios. This notice describes how information is handled when a business uses LeadStak to manage inquiries and customer records, including requests submitted through a connected Meta lead form.
The business you contact is responsible for responding to your inquiry and for how it uses your information for its own services. Its own privacy notice also applies. Lima Web Studios operates LeadStak to support that business's authorized use of the platform.
Information processed
Depending on the form and services used, LeadStak may process:
- Your name, email address, telephone number and answers you provide in a request form, including information about the service you are requesting.
- Records associated with your inquiry, such as its source, status, assigned business users and related follow-up activity.
- For requests from Meta, identifiers and metadata associated with the lead, Page, form, advertisement and campaign, when supplied by Meta, together with submitted answers and any recorded disclaimer responses.
- Account and session information for people who sign in to LeadStak, and technical information needed to operate and protect the service.
How information is used
Information is used to route an inquiry to the appropriate business, organize its customer records, support responses and follow-up, and operate and protect LeadStak.
When an authorized business connects a supported Meta lead form, LeadStak can receive and retrieve the information submitted through that form on the business's behalf. Submitting an inquiry is not, by itself, treated as consent to unrelated promotional communications. The business remains responsible for obtaining any consent required for its communications.
Access and sharing
Information may be made available to authorized users of the business handling the inquiry, to Lima Web Studios personnel who need it to operate or support LeadStak, and to service providers that support necessary hosting, storage or communications functions.
Information may also be disclosed when required by law or when necessary to address a legitimate security or legal issue. Connected services, including Meta, operate under their own terms and privacy notices.
Retention and requests
Customer records are retained according to the purpose of the inquiry, the relevant business's instructions and applicable legal obligations. A deletion request is reviewed individually; it does not trigger automatic deletion. Information that must be retained for an applicable legal obligation may require different handling.
You may ask about access, correction or deletion by contacting the business you approached or by emailing Email@limawebstudios.com. Include the business name and enough information to identify the relevant inquiry. We verify the requester's identity and the relevant business before acting, and coordinate with that business where appropriate.

Sessions and security
LeadStak uses authentication and session mechanisms to control access to the application. No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security. Please protect your account credentials and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.
