Data Deletion Instructions

Request a review of your information

To request deletion of information held in LeadStak, email Email@limawebstudios.com with the subject “LeadStak data deletion request”.

Include:

1. The name of the business you contacted or the business account concerned.
2. Your name and the email address or telephone number associated with the inquiry or account.
3. A description of the information you want reviewed. An approximate submission date or reference, if available, may help locate it.

Do not include passwords, access tokens, payment-card details or identity documents in your initial email.

What happens next

Lima Web Studios reviews requests manually and verifies the requester's identity and the relevant business before acting. We may ask for additional information needed to locate the record or confirm authorization. Where information is handled on behalf of a business, we coordinate with that business as appropriate.

Sending a request does not trigger automatic deletion. The handling of a request may depend on its scope and applicable legal obligations; this page does not promise an unconfirmed completion time or override a deadline required by law.

Meta and other services

These instructions concern information held in LeadStak. Removing or disconnecting an integration does not, by itself, delete records previously received in LeadStak. For information held by Facebook, Instagram or another provider, use that provider's own privacy and account controls.
